How long does a divorce by mutual consent take?
Under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, the couple must have lived separately for at least a year before filing. The second motion is ordinarily heard six months after the first, and the court may waive this period in suitable cases. Total time depends on the court's dates.
Does the firm take matters outside Ghaziabad?
