About the firm
Nyay Law Firm is a partnership of two advocates, Advocate Varun Chaudhary and Advocate Parul Chaudhary, practising in Ghaziabad from an office in Indirapuram and a chamber at the District Civil Court, Rajnagar. Clients who would prefer to consult a woman advocate may ask to meet Advocate Parul Chaudhary.

Nyāy means justice. The firm takes its name from the idea that every client is owed a fair hearing and a clear account of where they stand.
The firm is led by Advocate Varun Chaudhary, Managing Partner, and Advocate Parul Chaudhary, Partner. Most of its work is litigation in family, criminal and civil matters, much of it arising within families: marriages that have broken down, children's custody, maintenance, and property shared between relatives.
Matters begin in the District and Family Courts of Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR. Where a case goes further, the firm appears before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
