Nyay Law Firm (“NLF”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a partnership of Advocate Varun Chaudhary and Advocate Parul Chaudhary, with its registered address at Plot No. 1018, Central Park Lane, Shakti Khand 4, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201014, and a chamber at Chamber No. 967, 1st Floor, District Civil Court, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad 201001. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and an advocate's duty of confidentiality.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email and postal address.
• Matter details: information, documents and communications you share about the legal help you seek.
• Billing details needed to issue invoices and record consultation and professional fees. Payments are not taken on this website.
• Website data: this website does not use cookies, third-party analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps anonymous daily totals of visits, pages viewed and taps on the call, WhatsApp, email and map links, so the firm knows how the site is used; no IP address or personal detail is stored for this. Your browser keeps two small settings: that you accepted the disclaimer, and that a visit is in progress. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To advise and represent you, and to communicate with you about your matter.
• To manage appointments, invoices and records.
• To meet our legal, professional and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.

4. The enquiry form

When you press Send enquiry, the details you entered are emailed to the firm's inbox (support@nyaylawfirm.in). They are not saved in any database on this website. To prevent misuse, the website keeps a short-lived count of how many enquiries come from one connection, stored only as a one-way code and deleted within a day. If you choose Send on WhatsApp instead, your message is passed to WhatsApp on your device and handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only where needed for your matter or required by law, for example with:

• courts, tribunals, police or other authorities as part of proceedings;
• counsel, mediators or other professionals working on your matter, with your consent;
• service providers who support our work (such as email and IT providers), who must keep it confidential;
• anyone else where the law requires it.

6. Confidentiality and security

Communications with an advocate are confidential. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential documents through the enquiry form.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law or professional rules require case records to be kept.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
• address a grievance about how it has been handled.
